- A qualification in disability support (or be working towards it)
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- A valid Police Clearance
- Legal work rights and 100-point ID verification
- A driver’s license and a registered vehicle (must-have)
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- A valid First Aid Certificate (must-have)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (must-have)
- Experience working with people who have different needs and behaviors (preferred)
- A mobile phone with internet access
- Willingness to work on short notice if needed
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
