  • A qualification in disability support (or be working towards it)
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written)
  • A valid Police Clearance
  • Legal work rights and 100-point ID verification
  • A driver’s license and a registered vehicle (must-have)
  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • A valid First Aid Certificate (must-have)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (must-have)
  • Experience working with people who have different needs and behaviors (preferred)
  • A mobile phone with internet access
  • Willingness to work on short notice if needed
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
