Our Services
Assist Travel / Transport
The support worker will take you to your appointment or elsewhere in the community and then bring you home safely. We regularly provide safe, comfortable transport to attend appointments
Community Participation
Our certified support workers have Valid driver’s licenses, reliable cars, and experience so you can access the community safely.
Computer Lessons
Assistance with daily living includes providing support for regular personal activities and supervision of personal daily tasks.
Everyday Life Skills Support
Horizon Care SA helps participants develop and improve their everyday life skills to become more independent. Our certified and experienced support workers will work with you to achieve your daily living goals, whether short-term or long-term.

What is NDIS?
The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and improved quality of life.
The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community.This includes connections to doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
